2. Payment:
a. Payment for yacht rentals must be made in full before the commencement of the rental period.
b. Accepted payment methods include VISA/MASTERCARD, Cash, Crypto, Paypal, Payment Link.
3. Cancellation Policy:
a. Cancellation by Customer:
Customers may cancel a reservation with a notice period of 90 days.Cancellations made within the notice period may be subject to a cancellation fee.b. Cancellation by Prestige Rental Dubai:
Prestige Rental Dubai reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues or weather conditions.In the event of cancellation by Prestige Rental Dubai, a partial refund will be provided.4. No-Show Policy:
a. If customers fail to show up for their reservation without prior notice, no refunds will be issued.
5. Refund Policy:
a. Prestige Rental Dubai operates on a strict no-refund policy.
Once payment is made, no refunds will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, or early returns.6. Yacht Usage:
a. Customers are responsible for the proper and safe use of the rented yacht.
b. The number of passengers must not exceed the maximum capacity specified for each yacht.
7. Damage and Liability:
a. Customers are financially responsible for any damage caused to the yacht during the rental period.
b. Prestige Rental Dubai is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the use of the rented yacht.
8. Compliance with Laws:
a. Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the yacht.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions:
a. Prestige Rental Dubai reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, and any changes will be posted on our website.
